Sonia has over 25 years of strategic planning and accounting experience in real estate and banking. She served as DL3‘s Chief Financial Officer from April 2019 through July 2022. Prior to joining DL3 Realty Advisors, she spent the last three years managing NCS Properties Group office assets and converting a 12,000-square-foot historic Church into a luxury multifamily and retail mixed-use development. Before NCS Properties Group, Sonia spent more than 8 years leading corporate finance teams at Equity Office Properties and Inventrust. She started her career as an auditor in the banking practice at KPMG and spent several years in financial planning and analysis at JP Morgan Chase. Sonia holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University. Sonia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and Zumba in her spare time.
