Daniel joined DL3 in 2025 as a Director on the development team where he leads construction & design efforts across DL3’s development platform.
In his current role, he manages and coordinates project-related 3rd party consultants and partners associated with the design, entitlement, construction, and asset management functions for DL3's new and existing office, residential, industrial, and retail assets.
He comes to the role with over 15 years of experience in the industry and has successfully developed or constructed over 1.5 million square feet, totaling over 350 million dollars in construction costs.
Most recently, he was the Managing Principal of the real estate advisory firm Montco Atelier, and had previously served as Vice President of Development at ATG Real Estate Development and Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company.
Daniel holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and Certificates in Real Estate Finance & Analysis from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
