In Englewood, Chicago developer DL3 Realty is looking to parlay its work on Englewood Square, the Whole Foods-anchored shopping center it developed there a few years ago, with a new project nearby that is still being hashed out. Not to be overlooked: The new development will be a team effort with Sterling Bay, the prolific Chicago developer best known for transforming West Loop office properties and more recently owning trophy office buildings.
