A high-performing and deeply analytical leader, he works closely with the DL3 team to structure development and acquisition transactions and ensures the continued preservation and recapitalization of the Firm’s real estate portfolio.
Rick’s broad range of experience in financial planning, reporting, data analytics, and tax, including mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestments/carve-outs, and registration of securities with the SEC coupled with a demonstrated track record of creating and mentoring high performing finance teams have made him a trusted financial expert. He has held C-suite positions in both finance and audit at several public and private companies, including JLL, Citibank NA, and Motorola.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University with Honors in Accountancy. He earned the Certified Public Accountant (currently Inactive) designation from the State of Illinois and passed the Chartered Accountancy exam from India for which he was ranked 50th nationwide.
