DL3 Realty and Greenlining Realty USA have formed a joint venture to develop Revive 6300, a new five story, 72,000 SF, mixed-use office and retail building with underground parking to be located on the former site of the Washington Park National Bank in Woodlawn. The transit-oriented and LEED certified building will contain approximately 58,000 leasable square feet including approximately 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Key project amenities include co-working space, underground parking for approximately 15 cars, and a penthouse community room with rooftop terrace.


 

Revive 6300 will be located at the former site of Washington National Bank in Woodlawn.
