Over 30 years ago, the principals of DL3 Realty came together to revitalize the commercial
landscape of the far south side of Chicago, which had declined after the social unrest of the
1960s.

DL3 Realty has spent the past 30 years acquiring prominent commercial locations in and
around the South Shore, Roseland, and Morgan Park neighborhoods in order to establish
high quality education programs, professional office buildings, and national retailer anchored
strip malls.

We continue to expand our portfolio of urban commercial properties through new
developments and acquisitions of commercial sites along Chicago’s urban retail corridors.

Today, DL3 Realty has over 100,000 square feet of commercial space concentrated on
the south side of Chicago, which includes retail,education, medical and professional office
tenants.
